At Western Traditions Furniture, all sales are considered final. We do not offer cash or card refunds.
If a return is approved, it must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit has no cash value and must be used toward a future purchase.
Important Notes:
- Damaged, stained, altered, or used merchandise will not be accepted.
- Special orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Return shipping or delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
