Return and Refund Policy on delivery damaged product, and return policy

 CUSTOM ORDERS

ALL SALES final on custom made orders. As we are ordering these items especially for you, we are unable to cancel or return any of the goods to our suppliers. Please email lloydb@westerntraditionsfurniture.com for more information.

SALES ITEMS

Refunds do not apply to items with special pricing. If you purchase an item on sale, we do not issue refunds.

IN STOCK ITEMS

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 10 calendar dates of your purchase. After the 10 day period, you will no longer be eligible and wont be able to receive refund.  Please email lloydb@westerntraditionsfurniture.com for more information. We have a limited number of products in stock. We try our best to keep our website up to date but in some cases what seems in stock might be out of stock. We will inform you by email if this is the case.

Western Traditions Furniture WILL NOT issue a refund request for the following:

  • CUSTOM ORDERS (all sales final)
  • Stains and/or tears (must be in good condition)
  • Requesting a refund due to the color or material used after signing off and approving before production began.
  • Delay in shipments/deliveries.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PIECES

Although very unlikely, if your items are lost or damaged in transit, you will NOT be responsible for fixing any of these damages. We insure all items that have been shipped, so if anything is damaged, the delivery company will be responsible for compensation. If you receive a damaged product, take as many photos as possible of the damage. If the delivery truck has already left, reach out to us immediately and we will get everything worked out for you.
